Art I’m Loving: Jeremy Kost

Jeremy Kost is an incredible artist who plays with ways to present Polaroid snapshots in his art. Drawing his inspiration from the celebrity nightlife scene, Kost uses his instant film camera to capture the glamour of the fashion world and other tangential social groups. Enthralled by his work, fashion designer Stella McCartney recently commissioned Kost to create a series of works in celebration of her Spring 2011 Collection for her iPAD app. Kost typically collates his images in the form of grids or collages, and an impressive array of his works are currently available on Artspace. Could there be a more perfect time to buy them than during Fashion Week?
